Dogs on Sofas
"Daybed" is a hand pulled linocut printed with oil based black ink onto a sheet of Arches 88 cotton printmaking paper. The image has a very loose drawing style with strong black and white areas. The image of a sad girl laying on her bed with a dog [Stuffed? Real?] level with her head, I think evokes a melancholy mood.
