I've come to learn that the best way to tolerate a frigid relentless winter is to go out there and confront it.
As well it helps to huddle up inside with some art materials and good paper and draw!
This drawing was rendered with many grades of graphite pencils, soft wash watercolors and water-soluble pencils and crayons.
The image is 14" X 15" on a heavyweight sheet of 19" X 19" Magnagni heavy weight watercolor paper.
