Deer and Wolf
I've been spending much time outdoors this winter. The cold winter natural landscape has gotten into me more than ever before. I've seen a lot of deer and only imagined or felt their natural predators, coyote and wolf.
This drawing has come out of these imaginings. It is rendered in graphite and watercolor pencils and watercolor paints.
The image is 18" X 17" painted on a heavy weight sheet of Magnagni watercolor paper.
